Police are appealing for witnesses and CCTV or dash cam
footage after a man was assaulted in the street, leaving him with a head injury.
The incident happened around 1am on Tuesday 19th April on Rutland Court, Middlesbrough.A 33-year-old man was attacked following a verbal altercation.
It is believed he was hit with an unknown object, causing him to fall to the ground and leaving him with a head injury.
The man was taken to James Cook University Hospital for treatment before being released.
